Insurance & Billing
Powell Village Dental participates in the Anthem and Delta Dental plans. We also see patients on a number of other health plans listed here. We do not, however, participate in Health Management Organizations.
We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Our financial coordinator will be happy to meet with you to discuss terms and options. We offer five percent prepayment discount for services involving lab work when paid by check.
Powell Village Dental is happy to file insurance claims for you, provided you are free to choose your own dentist.

We will spend time to get to know you, listen to your specific questions and concerns and work with you to custom tailor a care plan that works for you. - Print and Complete our Patient Information Forms
- Make a list of questions to ask our team, so you don’t forget anything on the day of your appointment. This includes any concerns you have, or oral problems you’ve been experiencing.
- If you have dental insurance, remember to bring your insurance card with you.
